The Adventures of Pickle
Synopsis:
Pickle is a young Cockapoo and is super lovable. But as you will see he does tend to get into trouble, as well as performing many tricks he absolutely adores his family.
The story begins with a simple game of fetch the ball with Clemmie and Bea in their back garden and ends up in a strange colourful world. This imagery land is full of hidden dangers, obstacles; blue snakes, yellow sheep and talking trees.
Foreword:
Sitting on the settee at my daughter’s house on Christmas Day my two granddaughters busy on their new tablets, Pickle and Dobbie curled up in front of the log burner. I decided that I would draft a book for the girls. As usual for myself the title always comes first, hence (The adventures of Pickle)
As an author of many children’s books, three novels and various other books I simply let the story go where it wants to go. This book that you are about to read gave me immense pleasure as the storyline took me in a new direction that I had never experienced before and will be visiting again. I have already had an idea for a book involving my two youngest grandchildren Violet and Rose. Watch this space.
